CURSE OF THE DOUBLE DIGITS - Launch Party!

Welcome to the party!
10 Giveaways - 5 signed paperbacks & 5 eBooks
to celebrate Becky's 10th birthday
and the official release of Curse of the Double Digits!

"Woo hoo! It's my birthday!"

Becky turns 10 on the 10th day of the 10th month!
She expects it to be magical.
The whole class is invited to her party, including Chad, the cutest boy in the fifth grade. So is Darlenie-the-Meanie.

Becky wants to look cute for her big day, but all her plans go wrong. Really wrong. The magic of turning ten disappears before she even has a chance to blow out her birthday candles.

Things get so bad, she refuses to go to her own party. Becky wonders if the Curse of the Double Digits will jinx her forever.

  3. Congratulations on the book, Lynn! This is so exciting!

I had to share small birthday parties with my little sister, because her birthday was the day after mine (2 years apart). Usually, friends came over and we had cake and ice cream. :-)

  4. Congratulations,Lynn and Happy Birthday,Becky! So excited the book is a reality. Just read it (Kindle cover to Kindle cover) and can so relate to the domino effect of kid-hood mishaps! Once a friend and I had to be witches in a play, so we put green food coloring in base makeup. Worked great for the show...but we had to go to school with green-stained faces for a week!!!

  32. On my 9th b'day, I was the new girl at school. We were poor & Mom had bought a tiny Van de Kamp cake, but I didn't get a piece. It was for my uncles who had helped us move. I dont' remember being upset about it. Mom gave me two small gifts from the dime store. I LOVED the little nurse & babies dolls & pkg of bangle bracelets. For my 10th b'day, I had a cool party. And there was a BIG box.. inside a Liddle Kiddle Playhouse and tons of Kiddle dolls to hang out in it. :-)

  65. Congratulations! This book sounds awesome! I would love to read it and find out what happens! I loved having birthday parties when I was growing up. I especially liked my roller skating birthday growing up. My best gift was horseback riding lessons. I didn't get a horse- but it was close enough.

  73. Love the blurb! Looks great. The only birthday I remember well was my 13th, for which I had a sleepover with a few friends. It wasn't anything truly amazing, but I just enjoyed it because my friends were there and we were goofy and girly and fun.
